The Filthy Fox Auction Club operates as a hybrid auction platform: online on Instagram Live and offline around London 💂 We’re here to give emerging artists fresh from art school a stage to shine, introduce them to you—the market—and offer the rare chance to collect their work while fueling the start of their careers.
Our unique model lets artists set their own starting price — on their terms. 💣️ The final auction result isn’t a “market value,” but a gateway: making art collecting more accessible, inclusive, and exciting for everyone.
A 100% of the hammer price goes to them, a standard 30% comission will be charged on top. Prices range from approximately £ 200 to £ 2000.

- If you can’t attend the Live Auction or Instagram Live, contact us to have a representative place bids on your behalf up to your specified maximum.🤝

Payment
- Please pay directly after the auction with us at checkout
- All payments must be made in GBP and within 72h (bank transfer with artist’s name + work title as reference).
- For any wires we will send you an invoice with our details if you haven’t paid directly at the auction.
- 100% of the hammer price goes to the artist
- Please be aware that a + 30% commission will be added on top of the “hammer price” for the services of ‘The Art Game’ x Filthy Fox.

Logistics
- You can take the packaged work directly home with you after the auction or arrange for pick up within the next 3 days. We can only store it this long.
- Any arranged delivery / transportation will need to be covered by the buyer.

Please note:
For Online Bidders on Instagram: In case of delays or connection issues, in-room bids take priority.
For Silent Bids: If nobody over-bids your offer on the Live Auction the work will be yours. Make sure to also join the Live Auction if you wish to secure the artwork.

You can follow our auction online and bid via live stream on instagram! Just simply go to our Instagram page and watch our “Live” broadcast (on the “story”-icon) during our event.
To bid online please provide make sure you’ve shared your info with us and filled out our online bidding form prior the auction.
After the auction, we will send you the invoice via mail with further payment instructions.
We will then arrange logistical matters together with you.
Please make the payment within 72 hours of receiving our invoice. All payments are made in pounds sterling (GBP).
Does the Filthy Fox Auction Club take a commission?
Yes. We calculate a commission fee of 30% of the hammer price. This is what the buyer has to pay on top. 100% of the hammer price goes into the artist's pocket.
Who sets the price for an artwork?
The artists themselves determine a starting price which is usually the minimum they wish to put it out for sale.
How does shipping work?
If you buy an artwork in person at our auction in London, we will take care of the packaging on site so that the work is ready to go home with you.
If you don’t want to take it home directly after, you can come and pick it up yourself within 3 days. Please arrange a pick up with us directly.
Alternatively, or if you have bought online from abroad we can arrange for shipping with you and an external shipping company.
All cost for shipping lies within the buyer’s responsibility. Please always ensure that your address and contact info is correct and up to date for smooth shipping.
If an artwork gets purchsed online via our live stream, we will contact the buyer for the invoice and organise the shipping with an external company after the payment has been received. Be aware that extra costs and taxes may apply when the works are shipped outside of the UK.
💖 Post-Auction Sales 💖
- Didn't hit the hammer in time? If an artwork doesn't find its home during the live auction, don't worry! We allow for Private Treaty sales for up to 2 weeks after the event has closed 🦊
- The Rules: As long as the offer meets or exceeds the Artist's Reserve price, the sale is valid and follows all our standard T&Cs (including the 30% commission).
- Final Call: Our Auction Expert has the final say on these sales to ensure everything is fair for the artist and the buyer. This is standard practice to make sure our artists get the best result possible! 🎨✨

when do I receive the payment for my artwork?
Once Filthy Fox Auction Club has received the payment from the buyer, we will arrange for a shipping company to collect the artwork. After the artwork has been collected, we will wire you your earnings from the sale within 31 days.
