Maria Giulia (Italy) lives and works in London. She works with sculpture and photography and investigates the relationship between images, representation and objects, creating pieces that explore embodied emotions and somatic experiences.
Through the use of materials, she aims to generate dichotomies and bring out tensions created by the interplay between materials and images.
Currently completing her MFA in Fine Arts at Goldsmiths, Maria Giulia previously graduated with a BA in Photography from LCC, UAL in 2020.
